Our tax and accounting professionals are specifically trained to help Australian accounting practices with various taxation and accounting engagements. We can also act as your bookkeeping team to help your clients instead focus on the day-to- day operations of running a successful business, regardless of their size.We ensure that our accountants are well trained with Australian taxation and accounting rules so you can depend on them from day one without the necessity of a ‘training period’.

Viet BPO offers a complete accounting services package, allowing you to focus on your bottom line and on growing your firm without the necessity or risk of hiring additional staff. Our accountants predominantly utilize XERO and XERO practice manager, however, they are well experienced with other packages, so if your firm utilises a different software suite, we would be delighted to incorporate it whilst we service your needs.

Unlike traditional offshore outsourcing companies, which offer their services on a ‘job’ basis, we provide the option for you to engage the services of your dedicated Vietnamese accountant either on a ‘job’ basis or ‘by the required hours’ basis. The employment relationship with the dedicated accountant remains with us, so you are saved from all employment risk. Our accountants receive at least 18 months on-the-job training, with us, before being assigned to you. If you wish to change the accountant or adjust the working hours, we will work with you to accommodate your requirements in a professional and reasonable manner. This flexible arrangement gives you piece of mind, knowing that you can get the staff you require as and when needed, and your business is scalable without the employment risks.
